The SCC Turramurra project includes the construction of a new 113-bed Residential Aged Care Facility over 3 levels with fully operational commercial kitchens and serveries, laundries, cafes and landscaping, as well as the demolition and removal of the old facilities. In addition to this, the development included refurbishment of the Huon Park House, a heritage-listed late-1800’s farmstead house on site as well as minor refurbishment of the existing on site Chapel.
