The entire Park Sydney development will be located on a 6.9-hectare site in Erskineville’s Ashmore precinct, and this project is set to be Sydney’s largest renewal projects that will feature 9 blocks of development space. Park Sydney will have a total of 1,400 apartments, retail outlets, dining choices, childcare facilities as well as a 7400sqm park, walkways and cycleways which will be constructed over five stages.
