When we appointed Clifton Morgan as the Project Management team for our Club re-development, they inherited architectural plans, that whilst adequate, left the door open for improvement. Once exposed to their level of experience and industry contacts, it became clear, a new direction was going to deliver a better result for our Club’s Vision. As a result, we commissioned a new architectural firm to create new plans. In a short time, the project was back on track with design and construction issues being creatively and efficiently resolved. The end result delivered an increase in yield and, most impressively, saved the Club 25% in development costs.
