The construction of Warrigal’s Shell Cove Village included a three level 134 bed aged care facility including an on-grade carpark, five courtyards, reflection pool, a café, gymnasium and wellness centre, a hair salon, six self-contained suites with balconies, shared lounge rooms, sitting areas and balconies to each level. Stage 3 included 147 independent living units separated across two buildings with a basement carpark linking the two, and finally a 47 independent living units incorporating a combination of two and three bedroom apartments.
